Shipment Processing Time

All orders within India will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Please note that certain items such as sweets, snacks, and special foods require 1 day of preparation, which may cause a 1-day delay in the order. However, items like pickles, jelly, powders, fryums, and gourmet grocery items that are usually in stock will be dispatched on the same day.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

We utilize multiple services based on your delivery location. Once your shipment has started, you will receive emails and mobile notifications about shipment tracking.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All customs duties and taxes should be paid by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges.

Damages:

Any damages that occur during the shipment are not our concern. However, every shipment is insured for a specified amount. Customers can choose to pay for insurance during checkout and will be able to claim the insured amount in case of damages. Please report any damages promptly.

Express Delivery with Additional Charges:

For customers who require express delivery, we offer this option with additional charges. Please note that these charges are applicable and vary based on the delivery location and the weight/size of the package.
